If the save contains references to now uninstalled mods, this CAN cause serious trouble - including CTDs. A lot of things get baked into Skyrim saves. This usually occurs when mods, especially scripted ones, are uninstalled during a playthrough. One thing seems pretty clear though: The game is clearly looking for content, that isn't present any longer. I'm also definitely not an expert on reading those files.
They were meant to be a debugging tool for scripting. Otherwise the problem is porbably your save game. If the problem occurs in a new game, too, it'S very likely a mod issue. The usual thing to do when experiencing CTDs or other issues is to start a new game and test with it. TBH, I don't know many of the mods you have installed (and I refuse to download anything from the Creation Club.), but at first glance I didn't see anything obviously wrong.
So I doubt this combination per se is the problem. I'm using a very similar physics setup (CBBE 3BBB and its requirements) with Nemesis.
